The Future of Food is the Entomo Diet

 

Entomo is a future colloquialism for entomophagy, the consumption of insects. While many animals eat insects, there are today “3,000 ethnic groups” that “practice entomophagy.”

Typically, western cultures see eating insects as gross. But by Rosella Tolfree’s time, the consumption of insects has become commonplace.
