I have no idea how one extracts the information from the Sonnets themselves, but typically such information was encoded to protect others from finding out.
I suspect the decoding keys lie with the plays themselves. He could have used various lines in key plays to act as translation matrix.
Who knew William Shakespeare contained such knowledge?
